The Perfect Free Throw

1 Get fouled.
2 Touch your butt.
3 Tell the ref you are ready.
4 When you get the ball dribble the ball once make it have spin so it comes back to you.
5 Dribble the ball slowly so you don't mess up.
6 Touch your head so you can feel the sticky sweat.
7 Throw up a practice shot.
8 Throw the ball behind your back (don't let it bounce.)
9 Start focusing.
10 If you can't concentrate make sure you use a time out.
11 When you actually shoot it you release before you reach your highest point
12 Even if you know it is going out think it is going in.
13 If you miss it think positive.
14 Try to make it without the rim or backboard (it is called a swish)
15 To practice try to make as many shots as you can when you feel like leaving make sure you make the last shot, because that will make you "End on a good note."
16 Shoot with confidence.
17 Shoot about 90% like Chauncey Billups.
18 Be professional.
19 Win the awards Chauncey did.

20 Win the NBA championship.
